For example, if a product is offered as a payment plan of four monthly payments, you are purchasing the full product for the total stated price, with that price divided into four payments.

You remain responsible for all scheduled payments, even if you stop using or accessing the product or program.

3. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where I expressly state otherwise in writing.

This applies to digital products, courses, programs, memberships, workshops, events, summits, recordings, templates, resources, and other purchases made through Dearbhla Trainor.

Because many of my products provide immediate access to digital content and resources, I do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind, decide that the product is not right for you, do not use the materials, or are unable to complete the program.

If you purchase a product and subsequently choose not to participate, your purchase remains non-refundable.

Payment Plans

If you purchase using a payment plan, the same no-refund policy applies.

You cannot cancel future payments simply because you decide not to use or complete the product or program.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact me as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

If a particular speaker or session becomes unavailable, this does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, registration for an event or summit does not guarantee access to any particular speaker, session, guest, presentation, or specific content.

My summits, programs, podcasts, interviews, events, and other content may include guest speakers, contributors, experts, or other third parties.

The views and opinions expressed by guests and contributors are their own and do not necessarily reflect my views or opinions.

The inclusion of a guest, speaker, contributor, product, service, or recommendation does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Dearbhla Trainor.

I am not responsible for statements, advice, products, services, or representations made by third-party contributors.

Please conduct your own research and use your own judgment before acting on information provided by any guest or third party.
